Here are your responses to the ninth question which asks what happens next. What would the next chapter of the story be?

N. B. Turfrey: Does Nolan fulfill his pledge and expel the 10 people out of the class of 18 that stand up in support of Keating? It is evident that Keating turns to leave as the film ends. He knows that the system is too strong for him. The boys probably know this too and just wish to extend support to the teacher. It has to be noted that even Hopkins respects Keating enough to stand. I don't imagine that they are all expelled but maybe Todd and Knox. Also I have no pretentions that Keating is given a reprieve either. In that moment of camaraderie, Nolan loses all control but he will be the eventual winner
