        While Robert Coleby is off working at the university, his wife, Jill, stays home at their apartment working on a manuscript. Her peaceful existence is disrupted when a plumber arrives saying he must perform a routine check on the bathroom pipes. What begins as a simple half hour check ends up dragging on for days as the plumber seems to be making the problem worse and worse instead of better. Aside from the simple inconvenience he creates, his bizarre ways and attitude begin having an effect on Jill, eventually making her feel terrorized in her own home.

        This film was made on a miniscule budget in six weeks for Australian television. Also available on video as The Mad Plumber.
