        It is simply a group of people who share a common interest (Peter Weir in this case) linked together via email. Once you subscribe to the mailing list, you will receive a copy of any emails sent to the list. Likewise, any emails you send to the list will be sent to every other member of the list. It is an easy way to share information, ask questions, or just chat about your favorite Weir films.
 
 
 

2) How do I subscribe to the list?

        To subscribe, simply send an email to peterweir-list-request@pi.pair.com with the word subscribe as the subject. You will be automatically subscribed to the list with your current email address. Any new messages to the list will begin coming your way immediately.
 
 
 

3) How do I send messages to the list?
 

        You must subscribe to the list before you can send any messages to it. Once you have subscribed, to send a message to the list, simply mail it to peterweir-list@pi.pair.com. All members of the list will receive a copy of the email within a few minutes. (You will also receive a copy of your email.)

        Before sending any messages to the list, please read the following rules:
1) Do not send "unsubscribe" or "please get me off of this list" messages to this address. Use the email in step (4) to do this. Otherwise, every member will get your message and will probably be somewhat annoyed by it.

2) The list is not here to do your homework. That's your job, not ours. This web site should contain enough resources to help you out. If you still need help,

3) Use common sense. At last count there were 37 members on the list. As soon as you hit "Send", they will all be sent a copy of your email. Think about that. Do you want all these people to receive your email? Will all these people want to receive your email? Just think before you send.
 
 
 

4) How do I unsubscribe from the list?
 

        To unsubscribe, simply send an email to peterweir-list-request@pi.pair.com with the word unsubscribe as the subject. You will be automatically removed from the list. NOTE: You must send this email from the same account you initially subscribed with.
