  Fixed resizing of ListView - now it fits exactly into property page in
  any display resolution, without falling out of boundaries.

  Version 1.11. OS/2 bitmaps are recognized.
  This version no longer needs MSVSRT40.DLL (that's why ImgSize.DLL is now
  3 times bigger).

  Version 1.1. Added JPEG,PCX,TIFF image formats.
  New: "File extension" <-> "Image format" bindings are stored in registry
       under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VSap\ImgSize. You can edit registry
       or ImgSize.INF(see 'binding') to change the default bindings.

  Fixed the problem with UnInstall on NT (only ImgSize.INF was affected).
  Thanks to William J. Sackin for pointing on the bug and advising of its
  workaround.
