Lauren (Bronte's friend who just loves the French) was played by Bebe Neuwirth, better known as Lilith from "Cheers".

Bronte's Lawyer (who cheerfully informs her that as innocent as her motivations may have been, she still broke the law) was played by former Munster Robert Prosky. People may also recognize him from "Mrs. Doubtfire" or "Gremlins 2".
